Hope you all had a lovely weekend.  My friend asked me to make a baby card for her friend.  This is a style I've done before personalised for the new baby.

Here it is for a different angle.  I've used a white envelope and decorated the side with the same elephant used on the card in the same colour, Bashful Blue.

A little bit closer.

The back of the card has a space for your message.

Card - Bashful Blue, Whisper White, Crumb Cake
Ink - Crumb Cake, Bashful Blue, Basic Black
Stamps - Out of The Box, Baby Tees Jumbo Roller
Embellishments - Designer Buttons Subtles, White Grosgrain Ribbon
Tools - Scallop Edge Punch, Tag Punch

Simply Stampin Challenge #6 Buttons & Bows

Hey Guys

Well Chris (hubby) is in Nigeria at the moment so I have been spending way more time than I should be, nosing around craft sites and the most wonderful blogs, bliss!  Came across another challenge, I feel a fixation coming on haha, Simply Stampin Challenge so def take a look, its a lot of fun.  This weeks challenge is Buttons or Bows so your card should feature either or both of these.  Here is my offering.

As you can see I've used the Flower, Daisies #2 Stampin Up die & buttons, well actually everything is SU, cute selection of button colours though.

To make this card you need:

Card - Old Olive, Whisper White, Tempting Turquoise, Real Red
Embellishments - Buttons, Brights Collection, Twine
Tools - Scallop Punch, Sizzix Big Shot, Flower, Daisies #2, Old Olive Marker

Continuing the baby theme I have a step card for a little boy.  I have seen several of these, have no idea who to credit but it is such a lovely way to make a card.  Have used my son Conals details as was using it as a sample to show my friends.
